i know i have not written a journal for a while but not much has happened really my life still is pretty much work at Hugry Jacks and training in Ninjutsu just about every night apart from wed.
we have just opened up a dojo at Noarlunga leisure centre that trains on tuesdays and fridays with the lil's at 6pm to 6:30 then the the next class is at 6:30 to 7:30 then you have the adults class at 7:30 until 9.

so how is evry1 surviving this heat wave for those that are in it. my family is just getting through it as our house has no air conditioning. i reacon my nanna has it worse though as she can not get out of the house toi an air conditioned building.

what else is there ummmmmm. oh yeah avcon was better this year than last i believe i mean Mitch had to shave his hair because we got over 3000 paying people to come. please visit the avcon club page and send us some photos to put up.
